In order to fulfill this mission, Memory is looking for a full time Head of Marketing & Sales Operations with 3+ years of experience working in marketing technology (martech) in some capacity.
What you’ll be doing
As the Head of Marketing & Sales Operations in Memory you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to enable them to execute campaigns, improve processes and report results.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the marketing and sales tech stack and processes that help our commercial teams succeed and scale more efficiently.
You will be a key player in Memory’s growth by enabling the sales, marketing and CS teams. And you will be given the freedom to establish a vision for scaling the commercial team’s effectiveness through processes, automation and data-driven decision making.
Some of the things you will be doing:
To do this job efficiently you need to have a solid understanding of marketing automation, lead/database management, scoring and lifecycle. You also need to be obsessed with removing friction and delivering the best possible outcomes at every stage in the customer journey. A good understanding of B2B SaaS with experience of both inbound and outbound is an advantage.
As a person you’re structured, detail-oriented, and thorough. You are able to work independently, handle multiple ongoing projects, and to make decisions on your own when required.
