In order to fulfill this mission, Memory is looking for a full time Senior Marketing & Sales Operations Manager with 3+ years of experience working in marketing technology (martech) in some capacity.

What you’ll be doing

As the Senior Marketing & Sales Operations Manager in Memory you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to enable them to execute campaigns, improve processes and report results.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the marketing and sales tech stack and processes that help our commercial teams succeed and scale more efficiently.

You will be a key player in Memory’s growth by enabling the sales, marketing and CS teams. And you will be given the freedom to establish a vision for scaling the commercial team’s effectiveness through processes, automation and data-driven decision making.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Own and optimise the martech stack to support execution across every stage in the customer lifecycle.
  • Build and improve processes across the commercial teams to ensure continuous improvement and promote best practices - including lead management & scoring, campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Own Marketing automation execution and data health to maximise opportunities to engage customers to drive successful outcomes.
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure each stage in the customer journey, including campaign effectiveness, pipeline conversion and contribution to key SaaS metrics.
  • Lead the marketing budget process including ROI reporting and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to help coordinate forecasting & planning processes used within the Sales & Marketing organisation.
  • Proactively monitor forecasting & planning processes, coordinate reporting activities with other functions and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and help solve problems that arise.


To do this job efficiently you need to have a solid understanding of marketing automation, lead/database management, scoring and lifecycle. You also need to be obsessed with removing friction and delivering the best possible outcomes at every stage in the customer journey. A good understanding of B2B SaaS with experience of both inbound and outbound is an advantage.

As a person you’re structured, detail-oriented, and thorough. You are able to work independently, handle multiple ongoing projects, and to make decisions on your own when required.
